What we collect
When you submit the project enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to scope a potential project.
Submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our studio inbox at hello@blackstonemotion.com. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Spam protection
reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form to reduce automated spam. Google may collect device and usage data under its own privacy policy. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Hosting
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form delivery uses Formspree. Business email uses Zoho Mail. Each provider processes data under its own terms as a processor on our behalf.
Retention
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond, quote, and deliver work, or until you ask us to delete them. If a project does not move forward, we delete or archive enquiries within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Access and deletion
You may ask what data we hold about you or request deletion by emailing hello@blackstonemotion.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
